Dental Plan Features!
Members can save 20% to 50% on most dental procedures, including preventive care, restorative treatments, major dental work, and orthodontics.
Save 20% to 50% on most dental procedures including routine oral exams, unlimited cleanings and major work such as dentures, root canals and crowns.
20% savings on orthodontics including braces and retainers for children and adults. And Cosmetic dentistry such as bonding and veneers also included.

All dentists must meet highly selective credentialing standards based on education, background, license standing and other requirements.

- This plan is not insurance and is not intended to replace health insurance. The plan does not meet minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00 and is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act.
- Savings vary depending on the provider, procedure, and service. The plan does not pay participating providers directly. Members are responsible for paying for services and receive the applicable discount from participating providers.
- The participating provider list is available at myseiudental.com. Members may request a written provider list.
Members may cancel within the first 30 days after the effective date or receipt of membership materials, whichever is later, and receive a full refund.
This plan is not available in Vermont or Washington.

- The $50 eye exam rate is available only with the purchase of a complete pair of prescription glasses. Otherwise, members receive 20% off an eye exam only.
- The 15% discount applies only to the contact lens exam and does not apply to contact lens materials. Members are responsible for 100% of the contact lens material cost.
The contact lens exam discount is not available in Washington.

How the Discount Plan Works
The Careington network provides members with transparent pricing and negotiated fee schedules at participating dental providers.
With the discount plan, members can:

- Change participating dental providers at any time
- Pay the provider directly for services at the applicable discounted rate
